Based on article 18, paragraph 1 of the Regulation No.2/24.10.2014 for the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit for intermediating in international adoption and for implementation and termination of the activity of the accredited organization

HEREBY AUTHORIZE

ASTRA FOUNDATION

Registered in the Register of non-profit entities, administered by the Regestry agency attached to the minister of justice under No.131149242 with registered office and address of management in Sofia, 113 Kniaz Boris I Str., entrance A, 2 d  floor, apartment No. 4 and represented by Snejanka Anguelova Radenovska, to act as an accredited organization intermediating in international adoptions in the following countries:

Belgium, Italy, Canada, United States of America, France and Switzerland.

The accredited organization shall perform its activities from the following address:

Sofia, boul. Hristo Botev, No. 35, 3 rd  floor, apartment No.11.

This authorization is valid from 12/05/2020 till 12/05/2025.

The accredited organization conducts its activities in accordance to the high interest of the child and the normative acts in the fields of the international adoption and child protection.
