HEREBY AUTHORIZE

ASTRA FOUNDATION

Registered in the Central Registry of Corporate Entities engaged in not-for-profit activities for the public good under No.20031016017 on address in Sofia, 113 Kniaz Boris I Str., entrance A, 2^d floor, apartment No. 4 and represented by Snejanka Anguelova Radenovska, to act as an accredited organization intermediating in international adoptions in the following countries:

Andorra, Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Luxembourg, Malta, United States of America, France and Switzerland.

The accredited organization shall perform its activities from the following address:

Sofia, boul. Hristo Botev, No. 35, 3^rd floor, apartment No.11.

The accredited organization shall be required to supply the Minister of Justice every six months with a report summarizing its activities as an intermediary.

This authorization expires on March 15, 2015.
